I think most everyone would agree that personal, hands-on instruction in a class is the best way to learn to dance, but you can learn a lot from books and videos too, even as I hope you are learning from this Web site. Whether you have used Amazon or not, I would like to recommend it. Not only does Amazon offer a huge variety, but usually they give you the option of obtaining used copies at a fraction of the cost of new. I have gotten most of my own references in this way.
